Dimpling

Dimpling – a stylish, modern dumpling shop that sells traditional Chinese steamed, pan-fried and stewed soup dumplings with a modern twist, flavours include Chicken, Cheese and Sweet Corn, Chinese Celery and Pork, Kimchi and Pork and Black Fungus and Vegetables etc, all of which are handmade daily in Hong Kong. The menu also offers Taiwanese breakfast, including soy milk, glutinous rice roll, Taiwanese egg omelette and the like. The brand uses “cat paw” in its logo, the idea came from a Japanese saying “猫の手も借りたい”, meaning “to borrow a cat’s hand”, expressing the idea of the shop being too busy that even a lazy cat has to give a helping hand.
